Why Brunch It Up uses Expanded Technologies products
We talked with Stephanie Friemoth, owner of Brunch It Up in Delafield, WI, to see why they chose Expanded Technologies floor protection for their new restaurant. Here is what she had to say about our products.
Huge difference in noise
“The first time I walked into our restaurant, I saw that the chairs and tables had been delivered. When I went to pull a chair out, you wouldn’t believe how loud the screeches and echoes were on the polished concrete flooring. I couldn’t imagine 100 chairs doing that all at once. I knew we had to put floor protection on them, but I didn’t think the ones I use at home from Amazon would cut it. We needed something heavier duty to withstand the amount of use our restaurant furniture would get.”
The process could not have been easier
“I contacted Bret on a Sunday, and he came out on a Monday to show some samples to me and my husband. We ordered 420 Clear Sleeve floor protectors, and they were delivered by Tuesday. We expected the process to take weeks, but it took three days. And it only took my husband and two employees about 20 minutes to install them on 100 chairs. Everything was perfect and went smoothly.”
The results have been great
“I would 100% recommend Expanded Technologies. We’ve only had the products on the furniture for a few weeks, but the chairs slide really nicely and very quietly. The customers don’t even know that the floor protection is there. They seem very durable and sturdy, and I think they will last a long time.”
